World Baseball Softball Confederation

The WBSC is recognised as the sole competent authority in Baseball and Softball on an International level by the International Olympic Committee.

Softball in Australia is governed by its peak body Softball Australia with a network of over 600 affiliated clubs and associations.

Softball Australia provides a range of support services for its affiliates including but not limited to:

• Player, coach and officials pathway opportunities 
• Education and training

• High-performance programs 
• National events 
• Funding 
• Online sports management systems for administrators
• Insurance for members and affiliated organisations
